2. Approval Process: I acknowledge that my listing submission will be reviewed by the Trailers2000 team, who retain the sole discretion to approve or decline the listing based on its condition or other factors. I understand that submission does not guarantee publication.

3. Enquiries: I understand that all enquiries regarding my listing will be sent directly to the email address I provide. I take full responsibility for communicating with prospective buyers and managing any negotiations or transactions arising from the listing.

4. No Warranty or Guarantee: I acknowledge that Trailers2000 does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or assurance regarding the trustworthiness of individuals enquiring about my listing. I assume all responsibility for assessing and dealing with potential buyers.

5. Free Listing Service: I understand that this listing service is provided free of charge exclusively to bona fide owners of Trailers2000-built trailers.
