Trailers 2000 Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned and operated business that manufactures and supplies high-quality trailers and trailer parts. We offer two core services via our website:

  • Quotation requests for trailers listed on our website.
  • Online purchase of trailer parts via our eCommerce shop.
  1. Trailer Enquiries and Quotes

Customers may request a quote through the ‘Enquire about this trailer’ form on our Trailer pages. Submission of this form does not constitute a sale or contractual agreement. All trailer quotes are subject to availability and confirmation by our sales team.

  1. Orders and Payments (Parts Shop)

Orders for trailer parts made via our online shop are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept secure online payments and issue order confirmations via email. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

With parts orders we aim to dispatch orders promptly, either that day or the next working day. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events are outside our control. Customers will be notified of any significant shipping issues.

  1. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor faults, we will offer repair or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.

  1. Warranties

All products sold are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Trailer quotes and builds may also carry specific warranties which will be detailed at the time of quotation and purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trailers 2000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Site or products. Our liability is limited to the remedies provided under Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to such collection and handling.
