The shackle spring option is available on the single axle zinc painted range of trailers and the rocker spring option is available on the tandem axle zinc painted trailers. Shackle and Rocker springs must be fitted to the trailer during the manufacturing process. This type of suspension has more wearing parts than the slipper suspension and therefore requires more maintenance.
